Moscow claims that two districts of Bakhmut came under the control of Russian forces yesterday.

"Undoubted Defeat"

The Ukrainian army is completely dependent on arms deliveries and financial support from the West, without them it will suffer defeat, former Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said.

"The Ukrainian army is 100% dependent on the delivery of European and American weapons. Ukraine does not have its own production of ammunition, cartridges, firearms, not to mention more serious types of weapons, such as tanks. By the way, Ukrainian soldiers also receive salaries from the U.S. budget. Such an army can depend only on foreign deliveries. If logistics and supply routes are cut, the Ukrainian army will suffer an undoubted defeat," Azarov wrote on Facebook.
