The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that 771 Ukrainian fighters from "Azovstal" surrendered in the last 24 hours, a total of 1.730 as of Monday, and 80 were wounded. They are in hospitals in Novoazovsk and Donetsk.

The United Kingdom will impose new sanctions in order to prevent Russian state airlines, Aeroflot, Ural Airlines and Russia Airlines, from selling their unused landing slots at British airports, announced the head of British diplomacy, Liz Truss.

Turkey has again informed NATO members that it will say "no" to the membership of Sweden and Finland, said President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. They plan to block Sweden's and Finland's submission to join NATO if the country's security problems are not resolved.

Ukrainian army receives order: "Stop defending Mariupol"

The commander of the Ukrainian regiment of Azov, Denys Prokopenko, addressed the public and said that they received an order in Azov to stop defending Mariupol and save the lives of fighters.

The Russians are changing the law

The lower house of the Russian parliament has published on its website a proposal to amend the law to allow Russians over the age of 40 and foreigners over the age of 30 to enlist in the army.
