The Belgrade-based daily Blic is reporting, citing Sarajevo media, that the shooter was an African American.

The attacker - identified as 38-year-old Radee Labeeb Prince - has since been taken into custody.

Two more workers were seriously injured in the shooting at Advanced Granite Solutions in Emmorton Business Park, northeast Baltimore.

According to reports, the suspect fled the scene and shot another victim in the neighboring state of Delaware before getting arrested.

According to Blic, Mrvoljak lived in Maglaj, Bosnia-Herzegovina, before moving to the US with his family.

US media said on Thursday that the suspect was allegedly sacked by the company he and five of his victims worked for shortly before he went on the shooting spree.
