The Kosovo Albanian, who headed the Committee for Human Rights, was shot and killed in a drive-by in Brussels on February 25, 1990.
According to the judgement, the motive was political, "because Hadri protected the interests of Kosovo Albanians, and advocated in favor of the southern Serbian province's independence," the Belgrade-based daily Blic has reported.
