New earthquake in Kosovo and Metohija: Two in a row within 48 minutes

The Republic Seismological Institute of Serbia registered an earthquake measuring 2.7 on the Richter scale in Kosovo and Metohija early this morning.

As it is stated, the earthquake was recorded this morning around 4.08 a.m. in the vicinity of Stimlje.

It was the second earthquake in the same region in less than an hour, as an earthquake in the same region was registered this morning at around 3.20 a.m., with a magnitude of 2.1 on the Richter scale.

Also, on Sunday, at around 6:58 p.m., another earthquake was recorded in the same area, which was also of a magnitude of 2.6 on the Richter scale, according to the website of the Seismological Institute of Serbia.

As a reminder, on Sunday morning, an earthquake was registered in the vicinity of Kruševac, which was of a magnitude of 2.9 on the Richter scale.
