Tanjug is reporting that the man first saw the president as he was speaking to reporters in Madeleine Square, ahead of a lunch organized by France's Emmanuel Macron for heads of state and government who are in Paris today for a climate change summit.

The driver first waved at Vucic from his truck, and when he waved back, the man stopped the vehicle, bolted out and reached the president, after which they greeted each other.
