Serbia's men's water polo squad late on Saturday European time won the gold medal at the Rio Olympics.

Croatia was defending the title they won in London four years ago.The Serbian team are now Olympic champions, World and European champions, and also the winners of the World League competition.
Dusan Mandic scored four times, Filip Filipovic and Dusko Pijetlovic twice each, while Slobodan Nikic, Zivko Gocic and Stefan Mitrovic contributed one goal each to the victory.
Earlier, Serbia's women's basketball team beat France 70-60 (18-10, 9-17, 28-15, 15-18) to win the bronze medal.
Early on Sunday European time, Serbian women's squad lost to China 1-3 (25-19, 17-25, 22-25, 23-25) in the final of the volleyball competition, winning silver for their country.
Also on Sunday, the men's basketball team lost the final game to the United States 96-66 (19-15, 33-14, 27-14, 17-23).
This brought the total number of medals won in the Rio Olympics by Serbian athletes to eight: two golds, four silvers, two bronzes.
