Rodoljub Šabić said on Monday the hospital was "giving away information," related to the medical condition and treatment provided recently to Jovanka Broz, the widow of Yugoslav President Josip Broz Tito.

The Clinical Center was ordered to "make a statement" on all relevant circumstances related to the manner in which information about Broz's health was made public, "and about the legal basis for doing so."

Šabić noted that this type of information was "particularly sensitive."

The medical institution must respond "immediately, and within three days at the latest."

The Clinical Center of Serbia reacted on Monday with a statement that said that all information related to the health of Jovanka Broz was made public with her consent.

The Belgrade media over the weekend reported about Jovanka Broz's health and speculated about the severity of her condition citing sources from the Clinical Center, but also the center's Emergency Center Director Zlatibor Lončar.
