The unidentified woman, believed to have been in her 40's, reportedly doused herself in gasoline and before setting herself on fire. Belgrade: Woman dies after setting herself on fire The incident happened in Belgrade's Banjicka Suma (Banjica Forest) area. B92 was told that the woman had burns on 98 percent of her body. Eyewitnesses who rushed to help her said that the flames that rose from her body were "enormous", and that they attempted to put them out by throwing sand, "and everything we could find" on the victim. An ambulance arrived to the scene "in under five minute" and transported the woman to the hospital, but she died a while later.
