BELGRADE Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic decorated on Tuesday in Belgade Mohammed Dahlan with the Medal of the Serbian Flag. The former Palestinian official received the state honor for his contribution to peaceful cooperation and friendly relations between Serbia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). President decorates Mohammed Dahlan Nikolic signed the decree on decorating Dahlan in March. Dahlan is a personal adviser of Mubarak Al Nahyan - heir to the throne of Abu Dhabi and deputy commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
