ROME Pope Francis’ envoy Archbishop of Milan Angelo Scola will visit Serbia for the celebrations of 17 centuries of Emperor Constantine's Edict of Milan. Scola will visit Belgrade and Nis from September 19 to 22, the Vatican Information Service has reported.
