Borislav Milošević, the brother of late Slobodan Milošević, passed away early on Tuesday in Belgrade's KBC Dedinje clinic, it has been confirmed.

BELGRADE Borislav Milosevic, the brother of late Slobodan Milosevic, passed away early on Tuesday in Belgrade's KBC Dedinje clinic, it has been confirmed. Moscow's CIS Institute said in a statement that Milosevic died at 02:00 CET after a long and serious illness. Brother of Slobodan Milosevic passes away Borislav Milosevic was several months ago transferred to Belgrade from Montenegro in a critical condition, and was treated for heart disease at the KBC. Born in 1936, he was the older brother of Sobodan Milosevic, former Serbian and Yugoslav president. Borislav Milosevic served as Yugoslav ambassador to Moscow in the second half of the 1990s. It is believed that he used his connections in Russia to arrange for his sister-in-law and nephew, Mirjana Markovic and Marko Milosevic, to leave the country after October 5, 2000, and the subsequent extradition to the Hague Tribunal of Slobodan Milosevic.
