The news has not been officially confirmed, but it is also stated that Edin Begzić, as this is the name of the man who caused several hours of drama in Bar, made the decision after talks with Montenegrin Deputy Prime Minister Dritan Abazović, who is also the coordinator of security services.
Nakon dugotrajnih pregovora E.B. se predao službenicima barske policije.

E.B. je od ranih jutarnjih časova blokirao ulaz poslovnice jedne banke u Baru uz prijetnje da će aktivirati eksplozivnu napravu.

According to "Vijesti", Begzić calmly surrendered to the police.
"The most important thing is that everything ended peacefully. These are things that happen in life. Let's move on," Abazovic told Vijesti.
It should be reminded that Begzić has been threatening to blow up the building of the NLB bank in Bar since this morning, which is why the police evacuated the surrounding buildings and closed all the surrounding streets.
Montenegrin media stated that he was armed with explosive devices and Molotov cocktails, and before he headed to the bank, he posted a video on YouTube, which, as he himself said, was also delivered to Abazović.
