Montenegro-based website CdM is reporting this on Monday.

The video was made at an event dubbed "Siroki Brijeg Evening" held in Croatia's capital Zagreb, where Mato Bulic was the performer.

Grabar-Kitarovic not only sang, but got "totally relaxed, and danced with her hands up in the air," CdM writes.

The article also noted that this is not the first time the Croatian president has joined Bulic to sign the same song: the first time was in late October at a humanitarian event.

CdM recalled that other politicians who like to sing in public include Chairman of the Bosnia-Herzegovina Presidency Milorad Dodik, and Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic - who now "have competition."
