According to the Albanian TV21 broadcaster Rama confirmed this on Thursday during a joint press conference in Tirana with EU Commissioner for Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn.

"Croatia is a great country that is an example in the region, Zoran is an excellent friend, and his advice is always welcome. I want to say that he is so good toward me, and his advice is useful," Rama said, replying to a question posed by Croatian journalists.

Milanovic was Croatia's prime minister from 2011 until 2016.
