62 members of the assembly voted on favor, 44 were against, while five did not attend the sitting.

In his first address to the Assembly as prime minister, Zaev said that former prime minister and VMRO-DPMNE party leader Nikola Gruevski "started everything that has been talked about during the past months."

According to him, judicial authorities will be independent, and his SDSM party does not wish to control that branch of government, concerning the accusations faced by his predecessor.
