The incident happened during the marking of the 20th anniversary of the Srebrenica crime.

The interior minister of the Serb entity in Bosnia-Herzegovina (RS), Dragan Lukac, made the comments on Thursday.

Lukac told Banja Luka-based daily Nezavisne novine that security agencies of Bosnia-Herzegovina did not react properly to this international incident.

The RS police have identified a number of people, but cannot carry out all operational and investigative activities as they are in the territory of Bosnia, Lukac said.

"If there is no adequate reaction at the level of Bosnia, RS Interior Ministry and the Special Prosecutor's Office will see what they can do within their jurisdiction in order to break the stalemate regarding the attack," Lukac said.
