Bosnian court confirms indictment against Oric

The Court of Bosnia-Herzegovina has confirmed the recently raised indictment against Naser Oric and Sabahudin Muhic.

Oric was the wartime commander of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia-Herzegovina (ARBiH) in the Srebrenica region.

The pair are accused of committing a war crime by killing three Serb prisoners of war, the Beta agency has reported. The killings took place during 1992 in Zalazje, Lolici, and Kunjerac.

Beta quoted the RTRS broadcaster who said Bosnia-Herzegovina Prosecution spokesman Boris Grubesic stated the court on Wednesday confirmed all counts of the indictment against Oric and Muhic.


Croatian embassy refuses to receive protest note

The Croatian ambassador to Serbia has declined to receive a protest note sent by the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it has been announced in Zagreb.
