Kremlin warns Montenegro could face reciprocal measures

Russia is not ruling out the possibility of introducing "reciprocal measures" toward Montenegro, Albania, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Ukraine.

This has been reported by Sputnik. These countries have joined EU's anti-Russian sanctions.

"These measures, of course, can be brought," the Russian president's spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.

"We reiterate once again that reciprocity is the main principle," he explained.

The EU announced that candidates for membership Montenegro and Albania, members of the European Free Trade Association Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway, and Ukraine, joined the EU Council decision to extend sanctions against Russia until January 31, 2016.
