Police in Belgrade have arrested Milenko Kuzmanovic, a suspect in the murder of Croatian weekly Nacional owner Ivo Pukanic, B92 understands. B92 understands that he is due to be brought before the investigative judge before the end of the day. Serbian arrested over Croatian journo murder Kuzmanovic has already been arrested on one occasion on suspicion of transporting the explosives used in the attack, in which Pukanic and his associate Niko Franic lost their lives, and of aiding the escapes of Robert and Luka Matanic after the murder. After spending 55 days in custody in Croatia, he was released due to a lack of evidence. He was arrested on that occasion together with an associate of notorious Serbian underground figure Sreten Jocic.

Kuzmanović has already been arrested on one occasion on suspicion of transporting the explosives used in the attack, in which Pukanić and his associate Niko Franić lost their lives, and of aiding the escapes of Robert and Luka Matanić after the murder.

After spending 55 days in custody in Croatia, he was released due to a lack of evidence.

He was arrested on that occasion together with an associate of notorious Serbian underground figure Sreten Jočić.
