High Representative to Bosnia-Hercegovina Miroslav Lajcak says that “the RS has no right to break away from Bosnia.“ “Bosnia-Hercegovina is an internationally recognized state, and her territorial integrity is guaranteed by the Dayton Accords, so that its existence cannot be brought into question,“ said Lajcak, in response to yesterday’s comments by Republic of Srpska Prime Minister Milorad Dodik.
