President of the Kosovo Assembly Kadri Veseli maintains the stance that Pristina's taxes on goods from central Serbia "should be suspended now."

"Taxes should be suspended because Trump said so"

In an interview for the Klan Kosova broadcaster, Veseli said that after Trump's letter and request, the taxes would not be revoked, "but suspended for 120 days."

"We should not oppose the United States," Veseli said.

Otherwise, leaders of the provisional Pristina institutions gathered today at the invitation of Veseli for a meeting expected to consider the continuation of the dialogue with Belgrade.
