Defense minister to attend military exercise in Greece

Minister of Defence Aleksandar Vulin will on Wednesday attend the multinational tactical exercise “SOFEX – Salamis Storm 18“ in Greece.

The Serbian government announced this, adding that Vulin was invited by his Greek counterpart Panos Kammenos.

The exercise gathers around 100 members of special forces of the armies of Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria and Greece, whereas members of the armed forces of Egypt, Israel, Estonia, Jordan, Cyprus, Poland and the United States of America have the observer status.

The Serbian MoD said that the exercise will also be attended by the defense ministers of Greece, Romania, and Bulgaria.
