Brussels agreement will not be renegotiated - Vulin

Vulin was visiting the town of Arandjelovac when he was asked by a journalist to comment on Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj's statement that the Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO) - yet to be formed under the agreement - would be "a non-governmental organization."

Vulin said that Haradinaj would like to renegotiate the deal, reached during EU-sponsored negotiations.

"The Brussels agreement defines what makes up the ZSO and there will be no new negotiations," Vulin said.

In an interview with Deutsche Welle, Haradinaj said that the ZSO was "still possible" - but only as a coordinating, and not an executive body, Beta reported on Wednesday.
