The local elections were held on October 22, with run-offs on November 19.

The Serb List has won in all ten Serb-majority municipalities, adding Partes and Klokot to their first-round victories.

Former Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa's Democratic League of Kosovo will have eight mayors, while current Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj's Alliance for the Future of Kosovo is in third place with six mayoral posts.

The Democratic Party of Kosovo is the loser in these elections, compared to the towns it held previously. This party that was in the past led by Hashim Thaci, will have five mayors.

The Self-Determination has won in Pristina and in two more towns.
