According to the Serbian government, they discussed "bilateral relations of the two countries" and "the continuation of high-level visits."

Dacic and Nabhan also spoke about "the opening of the Serbian embassy in Ramallah and the holding of political consultations between the two foreign ministries," the government said on its website.

"Contractual regulation was considered, while the need for its extension was noted. Particular emphasis during the talks was given to cooperation within the program 'World in Serbia'," a statement said.

Nabhan "informed Dacic about the latest developments in the region and the activities undertaken to calm the situation in Jerusalem and the continuation of the peace process."
