EU Commissioner Hahn to pay working visit to Serbia

Earlier on Tuesday , the visit was included in Hahn's official agenda, but sources in the European Commission headquarters in Brussels said work on the program of his meetings with Serbian officials was still underway.

The visit will follow in the wake of an exchange of letters between Belgrade and Brussels on the situation in the region and European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker's call for respect of the principles of reconciliation, good-neighborly relations and regional cooperation.

Also, it comes at a time when the European Commission is finalizing its 2016 report on Serbia's progress in the European Union accession process.
