That is what Serbian Minister of Defense Zoran Djordjevic and British Ambassador Denis Keefe "agreed" as they met on Tuesday, Tanjug is reporting.

The cooperation is mainly taking place in the fields of military education, medicine, integrity-building and public relations.

Djordjevic said that he is hoping that increased cooperation in the field of military health care will result in a potential participation of a joint military contingent in an international operation.

Djordjevic pointed out that Serbia is firmly committed to preservation of regional stability while making a significant contribution to global security.

Djordjevic's participation in an upcoming conference on international operations in London was also discussed at the meeting.
