"Brussels must put pressure on Pristina"

This is the case as a year has passed since that agreement, the head of the Serbian Government's Office for Kosovo and Metohija Marko Djuric said on Tuesday, Tanjug has reported.
Serbia has most certainly fulfilled its obligations in this regard, Djuric told Serbia's state broadcaster RTS.
Despite constant political provocations by Pristina, the dialogue has an important and useful role because, as long as discussions are underway, tensions on the ground are lower and the chances of violence breaking out are smaller, Djuric said.
"We will discuss the implementation of existing agreements and ways to make relations with provincial institutions the best that they can be within the limits of our general policy, and I believe this is in the interest of both Serbs and Albanians, regardless of the differing views on status," said Djuric, noting the huge unemployment rate in Kosovo and Metohija.
Commenting on a statement by Kosovo Minister for Dialogue Edita Tahiri that Serbia would have to exclude Kosovo from its constitution before joining the EU, Djuric said Pristina should include Serbia in its provincial constitution as soon as possible as that was the only way for it to be represented in the international community.
Reacting to a statement by Kosovo Foreign Minister Enver Hoxhaj, who has recently said Pristina needed to conduct a "demarcation of the border" with Serbia within two years, Djuric said no one in the Serbian nation - or any of its representatives in particular - would ever consent to that.
This will not be discussed in the Brussels dialogue, he said.
