She said that Pristina considers "border demarcation and abolishing of parallel structures" to be the topics of negotiations; according to her, this is a condition to form the Community of Serb Municipalities.

"A trilateral group will be formed in Brussels to dissolve Serbia's parallel structures," she said in a statement for Kosovapress, carried by RTK broadcaster.

Tahiri added that the issues of "missing persons, return of the pension fund for all pensioners from the time of former Yugoslavia who used these pensions, bank deposits, and war reparations for the damage done to Kosovo by Serbia" remain unsolved.

When it comes to the last point, Tahiri said this damage concerns "all aspects, whether human, material, cultural, or religious."
