It is about the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue on the comprehensive normalization of relations. This is the term used in the conclusions of the European Council and negotiation platform for Serbia, Michael Davenport said in an interview to the Politika daily.
However, it is clear that a legally-binding agreement has to be reached, he noted.
So, there is no mention of the recognition of Kosovo. This is not what the negotiations are about, Davenport said.
The essence of the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue, which already lasts five years, is to bring about concrete results, he said.
