BELGRADE Serbian Foreign Minister Ivan Mrkic has sent a telegram of condolence to Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov following the second terrorist attack in Russia. “It is with disbelief that we have received the news about the death of innocent citizens in a repeated, mindless, criminal act in Volgograd,” the Serbian Foreign Ministry on Tuesday quoted the message.
