BRUSSELS Catherine Ashton says Belgrade and Pristina agreed on energy and telecommunications and made "important decisions" about local elections in Kosovo. The EU foreign policy chief said in a statement that her meeting on Sunday evening in Brussels with prime ministers Ivica Dacic and Hashim Thaci was a continuation of the talks about the implementation of their April agreement.
