Jeremić to attend African Union summit

Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremić will visit Libya on Wednesday, where he will attend a summit of the African Union.

During his stay in Sirte, Jeremić will have separate bilateral meetings with foreign ministers of the participating countries, the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

Jeremić will hold meetings with foreign ministers of Libya, Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda, Sudan, Botswana, Central Africal Republic, Republic of Congo, Mali, Niger, Tanzania, Zambia, Mozambique, Namibia, Ghana and Gabon.

The African Union is an inter-governmental organization gathering 53 African countries.
