Boris Tadic says will win in the second round of the presidential election and assessed that its outcome would influence the forming of Serbia's new government. During a news conference held at the HQ of the Democratic Party (DS) in Belgrade, Tadic said that the issue of the new government would be discussed after May 20 and that no "conditioning" by potential coalition partners would be accepted: Tadic says he "won't accept blackmail" "We will discuss the next government after the second (presidential) round, that will decide the path that Serbia will take for the next five years. We will not accept any blackmail or conditions." The DS leader in April resigned as Serbia's president in order to force early elections and seek his third term in office. Addressing reporters, Tadic said late on Sunday said that he "must to prepare for the second round of elections", and that he would launch the campaign as soon as on Monday.
