Two nightclubs attacked in Belgrade overnight

The Freestyler barge night club on the Sava River in Belgrade has been set on fire, the police confirmed on Tuesday.

There were no guests aboard the barge at the time and nobody was injured.

N1 broadcaster is reporting that the club was set on fire by two men who approached it in a boat, and made their escape the same way, in the direction of Branko's Bridge.

A few minutes later, an explosive device was thrown at another night club, the Tilt, located across the river.

State broacaster said that a Molotov cocktail was thrown at this establishment about two hours after midnight.

It is unclear at this time whether the two attacks are connected. "At least one" person is among the owners of both clubs, according to reports this morning.


Father of 2-month old twins kills one, injures other

A man in Strpce, a town in Kosovo, is suspected of murdering one of his two-month old twins and seriously injuring the other, RTK2 is reporting on Tuesday.
