Brammertz is the chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY, Hague Tribunal).

The ICTY official in turn, once again raised the issue of the extradition of three Serb Radical Party (SRS) members, wanted on contempt of court charges.

Vucic and Brammertz discussed the latter's report expected to be debated in the UN Security Council in early December, the Serbian government said.

Brammertz "objected to Serbia and the PM over the failure of the Serbian government and authorities to extradite SRS officials Peter Jojic, Jovo Ostojic and Vjerica Radeta to the ICTY."

He urged Serbia to do this within the shortest possible period of time, noting that the obligation would not go away.
