The bully - found guilty for inflicting a serious bodily injury while committing an act of domestic violence - attacked the woman in the Palace of Justice corridor, hitting her with his fists, and had to be restrained by the court guards who took him to custody.Prosecution spokesperson Leposava Vujanovic said that Goran M. will now be detained for 30 days on fresh charges of domestic violence.
The assault that resulted in the guilty verdict on Thursday was not the first criminal act of family violence Goran M. had been convicted for, Tanjug reported.
