Five suspects arrested for child pornography

Five persons were arrested this morning on suspicion they committed criminal acts related to child pornography, Interior Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic has said.

Five suspects arrested for child pornography

Stefanovic also said that the suspects are held in police detention and that the police was "working efficiently."

"Together with the prosecution, several dozen materials have been found containing sexual abuse of children and minors. We have several repeat offenders, at this moment the search of a number of person is finishing, and five have already been arrested," he said, and added that "work will continue."

The minister explained that while the five suspects were apprehended in Belgrade, the operation was taking place "throughout Serbia."
