KOSOVSKA MITROVICA Zarko Veselinovic and Slobodan Repic, who were arrested by EULEX and KPS near Zvecan on Monday, will use their right to remain silent as their defense. This is according to their lawyers. The two Serbs are suspected of attempted murder 2012 in the northern part of Kosovska Mitrovica. Road blocked, incidents after arrest of Serbs Repic has been remanded in custody for 48 hours and placed in a police station in the southern, ethnic Albanian part of Kosovska Mitrovica, said his attorney Ljubo Pantovic. According to him, his client has been arrested on suspicion that he in December last year in Kosovska Mitrovica shot at Deputy Director of the Administrative Office of the Government of Kosovo Dusan Milisaviljevic. The lawyer for Zarko Veselinovica, Miodrag Brkljac, said that Veselinovic was "suspected of illegal possession of a gun that he threw away before the arrest." After yesterday's arrests, local Serbs blocked the Kosovska Mitrovica-Raska road near Rudare. Also, two EULEX police officers were injured in the north when a group of demonstrators threw rocks.
