The owner of Serbia's largest privately-held company, Delta Holding, was arrested late last year and kept in custody ever since on corruption charges.

The court specified that the equivalent of the said sum must be deposited in Serbian dinars, and in cash.

"After submitting proof to the court that the sum had been deposited, the accused Miroslav Mišković will be released," a statement issued on Friday said.

Mišković will also be prohibited from leaving his place of residence, and will have to report to the police once a month. His passport will be temporarily confiscated, the court said.
