Malović said this after a meeting in Sarajevo attended by Serbian War Crimes Prosecutor Vladimir Vukčević, Bosnian Justice Minister Bariša Čolak and Bosnian Chief Prosecutor Milorad Barašin.

The minister said she did not wish to talk about the Dobrovoljačka Street and Ilija Jurišić cases, because they were being processed by judicial institutions.

She announced that Serbia would be organizing a regional conference in September aimed at rendering appropriate solutions for regional judicial institutions operational.

The conference will focus on the agreement on cooperation in legal assistance in penal and civic matters between Serbia and Bosnia-Herzegovina, in order to overcome the current problem of conducting double court cases.

Malovic's Bosnian counterpart Čolak said that war criminals in Bosnia, who were Bosnian citizens, should be tried only in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
