DS official beaten in Novi Sad

DS Vojvodina assembly whip Dragoslav Petrovic was assaulted in Novi Sad last night, police say. The Democratic Party (DS) confirmed that Petrovic was "returning from a family dinner" at 01:00 CET this morning on the city's Ribarsko Ostrvo location, when an unidentified attacker hit him several times with a metal bar.
