"The first round of talks is planned with Israel before the end of the year. Talks with Serbia and a number of other countries will also start", said Medvedev at a meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council, Russia Today reported.

The Supreme Eurasian Economic Council decided in May to commence talks with Serbia on a unification of trade regimes, which, as EEU Minister of Trade Veronika Nikishina said at the time, will result in a free trade zone of all EEU members and Serbia.

Serbia currently has free trade zone agreements with only three EEU members - Russia, Kyrgyzstan and Belarus - and they differ in some of the provisions, she explained.
