Today, the underground gas storage (UGS) facility in Banatski Dvor contains 381 million cubic meters of gas, 141 million owned by Srbijagas, and around 240 million cubic meters owned by the Russian partner Gazprom Export, Srbijagas noted.

At this pace of storing, the UGS facility's capacity of 450 million cubic meters of gas will be full by mid-October, or the start of the heating season, said Srbijagas.

Taking into account the annual gas output of 1.2 million cubic meters from domestic fields of the Petroleum Industry of Serbia (NIS), it can be said that Serbia has secured enough supplies of the fuel, the public enterprise underlined.
