Parliament to debate budget review on Monday

BELGRADE The Serbian parliament will consider the proposed budget revision at a meeting on Monday, July 1. The bill on the 2013 budget review, which was unanimously adopted by the Serbian government on Tuesday, envisages the revenues of around RSD 873.4 billion, expenditures of RSD 1051.7 billion, and sets deficit at RSD 178.3 billion or 4.7 percent of GDP. Parliament to debate budget review on Monday During the meeting, Serbia's MPs will also consider amendments to the budget system law, the law on pension and disability insurance, and a proposal for taking over the liabilities of the public company Roads of Serbia (Putevi Srbije) to other companies and turning them into Serbia's public debt, the parliament announced. The parliament will also discuss amendments to the law on assuming the liabilities of health care institutions to wholesale pharmaceutical companies and turning them into Serbia's public debt, bills on accounting, auditing, factoring, and several inter-state agreements.
