Krušik exports hunting ammunition to U.S.
The auction of the company, which the Privatization Agency scheduled for October 26, was pushed back to November 16.The reason behind the postponement of the company’s privatization is that “an error was spotted in the buyer-seller agreement” which left out the obligation of the future buyer to build a new factory on the 2.6 acres of land on which the original factory is located.
All of the company’s capital will be auctioned to the highest bidder. Its estimated value is 26.5 million dinars. The lowest bid is set to be 15.9 million dinars.
There are four parties interested in the factory thusfar, and the deposit of 4.8 million dinars for participation in the auction must be submitted by November 7.
