He told Radio RS that the Peace Implementation Council (PIC) in Bosnia-Herzegovina is an informal body which is used "for terror against the Serb people and institutions of the RS." The opinion of the PIC given on Tuesday about the upcoming RS Day referendum, therefore, is in line with such behavior of this body and has no importance, Dodik said.
On the occasion of Thursday's meeting in Belgrade, Dodik told Radio RS said that Annex 10 of the Dayton Peace Agreement would be discussed, which envisages the introduction of the high international representative and their obligation to submit reports on their work to Serbia as well, as a signatory of the Dayton Agreement. However, this has not happened to date, Dodik said.
He pointed out that this also was "a kind of a violation of the act that established the Office of the High Representative (OHR)" adding that he expects a more detailed analysis of the work and behavior of the high representative.
"Tomorrow we will responsibly assess the overall situation regarding the implementation of the Dayton Agreement, from the point of view of both the RS and Serbia," concluded Dodik.
It is very clear that Dodik is involuntarily on the way out. He has been poking the West in the eye for too long. I wouldn't be surprised if he ended up in the Hague. He has certainly been against the progress of BiH and finally has put himself on the $hit list of the West. Not a very smart move.

Want to bet your $7.50 per hour wages it not going to happen? He will continue to be around long after they are all gone.
