BELGRADE Three foreign citizens are being held in 48-hour custody on suspicion that they committed a criminal act against traffic safety. The police did not identify the three persons and announced that they were held in connection to the accident that happened over the weekend on the Batrovci-Belgrade highway. Foreign nationals arrested over highway pileup Two people died and 25 were injured in the pileup near the Simanovci toll booth.
