its nearly 2014 and still none of that looks like its going to happen. See the problem is what part of Montenegro and FYROM will go to Albania, the Albanian populated which is much smaller than the part which they claim? Where are the autonomous Albanian provinces in FYROM and Montenegro, I don't see them so how is the border going to change.

Please don't speak on behalf of Croats,Bulgarians and Romanians, they are not chauvinist irredentists like you, Croatia is happy with what they have and doesn't give a f*ck about Montenegro, Vojvodina is predominantly Serbian, Bulgaria cares only about FYROM and not Eastern Serbia, if they are going to do anything it would be defend Macedonia from Albanian terrorists, as for Romania it is the largest country in the region, do you really think they care about taking small territory from their Serbian allies.

P.S. I wonder why Albanians only have problems with every neighboring state Greece, Montenegro, Macedonia and Serbia even though only the Serbs were involved in a so called "genocide".

Its the inbred Albanians from Kosovo that are the thugs, that like to start the drama.

The funny thing is that most Albanians living in Albania don't care about Kosovo and have no reason to travel there. Why do you think there was no support from Albanian in the 1999 war.. It is pretty obvious, the state of Albania was not harmed.
    (the truth.., 9 September 2013 21:32)

you got it all wrong..Albania was not involved because it had not right and it was told by U.S not to get involved in the internal affairs of serbia because kosovo was a province of serbia back then. But Albania was always a supporter of kosovo being free from serbia during Enver Hoxha regime. NOW since kosovo is not part of serbia anymore, Albania has the rights to interfere in Kosovo as long as the kosovan government is okay and the U.S is fine with that as well. do you get the picture body ???

Albanian orthodox kicked greek army out of Korca in 1916(Themistokli Germenji &co) and kept very important positions during King Zog time,Hoxha and Nano, and Berisha gonverments.

Edi Rama, an orthodox, will hold a join session of Kosovo and Albania gonverments in Prizren on 101 unniversary of Albanian independence.

The problem with Eastern Macedonia is there is no consensus and what should go to Albania, e.g. Ohrid is commonly claimed in the Greater/Ethnic Albania map but there are no Albanians which live in Ohrid, and Ohrid has never been an Albanian city, so does it go to Albania or not. See that's the problem with spontaneous border modifications, anyway if Albania should have corrected borders then so should we which also suffered grave injustices, but unfortunately NATO has their own plans which is shown with the Brussels and Ohrid Agreements, similar to the plans Russia had when they took Transnistria from Moldova.

    Genesis 10
21st Century King James Version (KJ21)
10 Now these are the generations of the sons of Noah: Shem, Ham, and Japheth; and unto them were sons born after the flood.
2 The sons of Japheth: Gomer, and Magog, and Madai, and Javan, and Tubal, and Meshech, and Tiras.

Comment - Tiras is the Forefather of all Latin-Romaanian People.

Compare - Tiras to "Tiraspol" the Capital of the Dnestr Republic.
Tiras to "Tirana" the Capital of Albania.

The Romanians was in History called "Tracians" - "Dacians",
and was formerly occupaying todays Bulgaria.

Compare also the "Trojans"- And the Town - "Troj" whom the Greecians in Ancient times Waged war Against.

The People to the Noth of Greece - the Greecian in Historical time called -

    " Tyrsenoi",

and the Adriatic they called - "The Tyrrenian Sea" !.

This people invaded Eastern part of Italy,
and took the Political Power over the Westen part of Italy belonging to the "Etruscians",
    living in todays Toscana,
the People Whom built the Town of Rome.

    The Etrucians a Greecian People,

  21. @EagleEye & Cry Me A River:

I definitely agree that there are some Albanian words that differ from Turkish words and the examples I can provide you guys are the translation of 'yes' & 'no' from what I researched and heard the Albanian way of saying 'yes' is 'po' but in Turkish it's 'evet' and 'no' in Albanian is 'jo' but in Turkish 'no' is 'hayir'.

When I typed a statement about someone feeling that Dutch sounds German like and even though you folks didn't discuss about Dutch & German I thought I mention in those languages not all words are similar so for instance the 'O Christmas Tree' song in Dutch translates into 'O Dennenboom'(if I spelled it correctly) and in German it's 'O Tannenbaum'.

Finally to you EagleEye when you remarked that Albanian accent is nothing like Turkish accent my question is you really think so? Oh well I supposed we have our own way on how we interpret the sound of someone's accent but at the same time when my live Canadian brother-in-law dealt with Kosovar-Albanian refugees in Gagetown,New Brunswick he felt that their accents were Turkish like.

What I can tell you regarding the Albanian language is that even though I ain't fluent in that language I feel that there's something about that language that makes it sound Turkish like which reminds me that's another language I'm not fluent in (if necessary to point out I notice that when Albanians speak English some of their accents are Turkish like and I wouldn't be surprised if some Albanians are mistaken for Turks.) Finally to simplify matters and remarking(in my opinion) that Albanian language seems Turkish like is like somebody remarking that the Portuguese language sounds Spanish like and the Dutch language sounds German like.
    (resident of Fredericton,New Brunswick,Canada in Plymouth,Minnesota,USA, 6 September 2013

    Hmmmm, Interesting but wrong
Albaniana do have some words in Turkish, Serbs also use some turkish words as well, as both countries were ruled by ottomans.

Example: Word Aeroplane, Albanian - Aeroplan Serbian - Avion
Word Victim Albanian -Viktima, Serbian - Zrtva
Word Car Albanian -Kerr , Serbian - Vozilo
Word Tomato Albanian - Domate, Serbian - Paradajz

Albanian Languaage is Latin based. And the accent is nothing like turkish,we only use some Turkish words same as Serbs and Bosnians use.

There are stupid politicians all over Balkan and Danaj is one of them. His adventuresk ideas have really no support in Albania. As long as Montenegro and Serbia respects the Albanian minorities, there is nothing esle to claim.

Many Albanians agree in principle that there was an injustice done to their country in 1913 border drawings, just like almost every country in Europe have similar claims, but the vast majority of Albanians see no reason to get stuck in this and push for border changes.

Generally I believe the albanians in Albania are quite liberal towards their neigbors and have no sour feelings, especially toward Serbs and Macedonians.

There has never been any incidents toward Serb of Macedonian tourist in the last decade in Albania, and the number of Serb & Macedonian tourists always increased to reach some 90,000 this year.

It could be because of the latin and Wallachian influence.

Albanian is in no way similar to the Turkish language.

To me, Turkish and Greek sound more similar than Albanian an dTurkish.
